Six Amendments To NC Constitution For November 6, 2018
1) Protect the right to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife.
2) Strengthen victims’ rights.
3) Cap the state income tax rate at 7 percent.
4) Change appointment process to state elections and ethics board.
5) Change process to fill judicial vacancies between elections.
6) Require photo ID to vote in person.
