Due to the Coronavirus, we’re not seeing a lot from towns like Morehead City, Beaufort, Atlantic Beach, or other municipalities mention much about events and festivities this year except their public relations departments say they will not stop any trick or treating or organizations holding trunk or treat events, but they do encourage mask wearing, hand washing, and staying socially distanced.

We know there are several subdivisions in Carteret County NC that really go all out to provide a good place for kids to go trick or treating. We know that in recent years Mandy Farms is a good place with residents going full throttle to provide entertainment and decorating their houses for festivities.
What are some other neighborhoods in the county communities of Morehead City, Beaufort, Newport, Atlantic Beach, or Emerald Isle that offer the same type of experience?
We also know that many local churches and businesses in the county open their doors for safe Halloween trunk or treat festivities. What are some that we missed on this page?
What law enforcement events are planned that really focus on safety? Does the local school system or individual schools have any events planned?
Do you know of any haunted houses in the county that will be operational during 2020?
We will continue to add festivities for kids and families as we find them on social media, or receive them from the comment section below. This page is for 2020 events and will be cleared on October 1, 2021 to get ready for next years activities.
We hope that everyone has a happy and safe Carteret County Halloween!
