Carteret County Man Arrested For First Degree Attempted Murder, Assault With A Deadly Weapon With Intent To Kill

The Carteret County Sheriffs Department announced the arrest of Mitchell McIver, age 27, of Newport NC with the following charges:

First degree attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.

Mr. McIver was arrested after a domestic incident involving an ex-girlfriend where he allegedly shot 14 rounds in to her home after a dispute. During the incident, the suspect reportedly to her that he would kill her.

This incident happened at the 1200 block of N. 20th Street in Morehead City.

Mitchell McIver was placed in the detention center on a 5.1 million dollar bail.

Carteret County Sheriff Announces First Arrests In Operation “One By One” Targeting Alleged Drug Dealers Locally

Carteret County Sheriff Asa Buck in conjunction with the Morehead City Police Department announced Operation “One by One” which specifically targets drug dealers operating within the county. After today’s announcement, the Sheriff noted that in the past week, 39 people were charged with some level of possession and drug dealing.

However, the Sheriff expects to have around 100 people arrested and 400 charges once the operation concludes.

Operation One By One is a joint effort by the Sheriff’s Department and Morehead City Police Department where narcotics detectives documented cases for a year.

Newport man charged with kidnapping, robbery, assault of teenager

June 14, 2020

Cecil Hill, 20, of 161 Mill Creek is charged with one count of first degree kidnapping, robbery with a dangerous weapon, and assault with a deadly weapon. His initial bond amount was $75,000 which was raised to 1 million dollars during his first appearance in court.

Local police say that a pedestrian was walking in the Mandy Farms subdivision when struck by a vehicle, and forced in to the backseat of the car.

Police were then called to a Newport convenience store where the alleged victim was found and was able to give information that led to the arrest of Cecil Hill.

Local authorities say that Mr. Hill may face additional charges.

Methamphetamine Manufacturing Charges For Newport NC Man In Carteret County

Newport NC Police have announced the arrest of 25 year old Jacob Walbert for meth manufacturing and other charges to include maintaining a dwelling for the manufacture of controlled substances and possession of immediate precursor materials used for manufacturing methamphetamine.

Jacob Walbert also allegedly had outstanding warrants for failure to appear on charges for felonious assault on emergency personnel inflicting serious bodily injury, driving while impaired, reckless driving, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Walbert was given a $80,000 bond and will have a first appearance on Monday, June 8, 2020.

Going armed to the terror of the public,
Discharging a firearm within town limits.

Narcotics detectives with the Carteret County Sheriffs Department and the Jacksonville Police Department announced the arrest of 40 year old Christopher Rice of Cape Carteret for alleged cocaine trafficking in Onslow and Carteret County.

Charges include: Trafficking in cocaine, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance (methamphetamine), simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone hydrochloride), maintaining a dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance, and carrying a concealed gun.

Christopher Rice was placed in the county detention center under a $300,000 secured bond. He will have a first appearance in court on May 15, 2020.

24 Year Old Wilson Man Charged After Firing In To Occupied Car

Anthony Luna, 24, Wilson, NC is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle, breaking and entering, possession of a firearm by felon, and possession of controlled substance while on the premises of a jail and is in jail on a $210,000 bond.

The alleged shooting was reported at 5:29 pm Friday at Western Park Community Center located at 275 Old NC-58, Cedar Point, NC. Witnesses say that Mr. Luna was seen leaving the community center and firing multiple shots. Reportedly, several shots hit a nearby vehicle that belonged to a man and his 13 year old daughter.

Mr. Luna will have a first appearance in Carteret County NC on March 30, 2020.

Carteret County deputies have arrested Charles Hunt Jr., 40, of Newport NC for making a false bomb threat to the Town & Country IGA grocery store on Highway 24.

Allegedly, Charles Hunt was mad that the IGA was closed when he presented to the store, began banging on the doors, and demanding that they open. When confronted by the manager, Mr. Hunt allegedly threw a black box on the ground and said it was a bomb.

An investigation by deputies revealed it wasn’t a bomb. Mr. Hunt was charged with felony making a false bomb report and received a $1500 bond.

March 13, 2020 Child Neglect Arrests In Carteret County NC

After receiving a Child Abuse Neglect Report from the Carteret County Department of Social Services, an investigation in to Bridget Brown, age 35 of Newport NC and Dustin Willis, age 35 of Newport was conducted by the CCSO. The child neglect report indicated that Mr. Willis and Ms. Brown might be openly using drugs at their respective residences and around their 4 year old daughter.

During the investigation, the minor 4 year old child was removed from the home and hair follicle testing revealed a positive test for Methamphetamine and Amphetamines.

Bridget Brown and Dustin Willis were arrested for misdemeanor child abuse, taken to jail, and given $5,000 bonds.

Gloucester Search Warrant Leads To Seizure of Meth And Marijuana

On Tuesday, March 10, Carteret County Sheriffs Department served a search warrant at 680 Straits Road in Gloucester NC and seized methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia that was related to drug sales.

Arrested are Thomas Walbert, IV, age 52, and Toni Hargett, age 38. Both Walbert and Hargett reside in Gloucester.

Both are charged with the following crimes: Possession with intent to manufacture, sale, and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sale, and deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, manufacturing methamphetamine, manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mr. Walbert and Ms. Hargett were booked in to the Carteret Detention Center on $40,000 secured bonds.

Also arrested during the search warrant is Crystal Sims, age 35, of Sea Level. Ms. Sims is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and was released on a written promise to appear in court at a later date.

The Carteret County Sheriffs Department has announced the arrest of David Patterson, 39, of Morehead City NC.

The local sheriff says this joint investigation ended a cocaine trafficking operation in the county.

David Patterson is charged with felony trafficking in cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver cocaine, sell cocaine, deliver cocaine, manufacture cocaine, and maintaining a dwelling for the use or sale of a controlled substance.

He received a bond of $600,000 secured and is scheduled for a first appearance on March 13, 2020.

Detectives announced that they recovered 1.4 ounces of cocaine from the investigation.

Detectives with the Carteret County Sheriff’s Department have arrested 37 year old Michael Barkas for cocaine trafficking.

Michael Barkas is the owner of MJB computer repair in Morehead City and detectives allege that Mr. Barkas was dealing cocaine from the storefront.

Over a period of a few months, detectives say they purchased cocaine at the store.

Michael Barkas is charged with nine counts of trafficking and one count of maintaining a dwelling.

He received a $1 million dollar bond.

Detectives announced they made multiple buys of cocaine from MJB Computer Repair.

The N.C. Highway Patrol conducted a traffic stop on Chase Dixon, age 22, and during the stop the trooper noticed that Mr. Dixon was bleeding from both hands.

Further investigation lead to the discovery of 18 grams of meth and 5 pills of a known Benzodiazepine.

Troopers allege that Mr. Dixon’s bloody hands were from him attempting to conceal a glass pipe.

Chase Dixon is charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance, simple possession of a
schedule IV controlled substance, and possession drug paraphernalia.

He received a $50,000 secured bond.

Two Charged With Felony Involuntary Manslaughter After Harkers Island Road Vehicle Crash That Killed One

February 13, 2020 Crime Reports

District Attorney Scott Thomas has charged Joseph Bent, age 25, and Austin Piner, age 23, of Beaufort NC each with one count of felony involuntary manslaughter after the NC State Highway Patrol concluded an investigation on the fatal Harkers Island Road accident on December 29, 2019 that killed passenger Matthew Morris of Gloucester NC.

The NCHP’s investigation concluded that Joseph Bent and Austin Piner were racing on Harkers Island Road at the time of the fatal accident in speeds in excess of 90 mph when their trucks collided causing the accident.

Matthew Morris was a passenger in the truck with Austin Piner and was ejected from the truck and killed.

Mr. Bent received a $30,000 secured bond while Mr. Piner received a $25,000 secured bond.

Both men face their next court date on March 6, 2020 in district court.

Traffic Stop By State Trooper Leads To Recovery Of Stolen Vehicle Near Harlowe. Two Arrested After Manhunt

February 11, 2020

On Monday, February 10th, 2020 N.C. Highway Patrol stopped a pickup truck for neither occupant having a seat belt on. The stop happened near Highway 101 and Harlowe.

While attempting to discover the identities of the driver and passenger, both left the vehicle and ran in to the woods.

State Police called for backup, and along with two more Troopers and two Sheriff’s Department deputies using bloodhounds, Shawn Marshall and Brittany Elaine Katen were found and arrested.

Additionally, police also discovered that the truck was stolen and that both occupants had outstanding warrants.

Shawn Marshall had warrants for breaking or entering a motor vehicle, felony larceny, possession of stolen goods, financial card theft and financial card fraud, and Brittany Elaine Katen had warrants for misdemeanor larceny, probation violation and aiding and abetting financial card fraud.

Marshall and Katen were taken to jail and given a $15,000 bond.

State Troopers say additional charges are pending.

Beaufort Man Charged With Felony Crime After Highway 101 Fatal Vehicle Crash

District Attorney Scott Thomas has charged Leighman Hardesty, 26, of Beaufort NC with aggravated felony death by vehicle and involuntary manslaughter stemming from a Highway 101 vehicle crash that happened on January 22, 2020.

This fatal car crash resulted in the death of Floyd Woolbright, 50, of Havelock.

The N.C. Highway Patrol launched an investigation and discovered that Mr. Hardesty was driving in a reckless manner and speeding at the time of the collision. Additionally, troopers say that Mr. Hardesty was operating his vehicle under the influence.

The defendant’s bond was set at $500,000 secured, with electronic monitoring should he make bail.

The district attorney announced that Leighman Joel Hardesty is set for his next appearance on March 6, 2020.

The Sheriff’s Department announced the following arrests stemming from an incident in Newport NC.

On 01/24/2020 deputies began a robbery investigation where the victim alleged to have been robbed at gunpoint. An investigation was launched and today investigators announced the following charges:

Saraya Richardson, 19, of New Bern was arrested and charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault by Pointing a Gun, and Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon. She is being held in the Craven County Jail under a $60,000.00 bond.

Alexa Rae Lowery, 18, Newport, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and is being held in the Carteret County jail under a $15,000.00 bond.

Marquis Raquan Berry, 23, of New Bern was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, Assault & Battery, and Possession of a Firearm by a convicted felon. He is being held in the Craven County Jail under a $60,000.00 bond.

Detectives noted that the robbery happened on Coldfelter St in Newport.

Deputies Arrest Two For Trafficking Amounts of Methamphetamine During Traffic Stop

On February 3, 2020, Carteret County Deputies Jann Perez and Cenold Belizaire stopped a vehicle near Croatan High School on Highway 24 and a search of both occupants and the vehicle resulted in deputies allegedly finding trafficking amounts of methamphetamine and some marijuana.

Arrested are Anthony Reese, 30, of Oyster Ln, Hubert and Evan Whitby, 28, of Youpon Dr, Hubert.

A press report did not indicate exactly how much methamphetamine was recovered.

Anthony Reese was charged with three counts of trafficking methamphetamine, three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver schedule II controlled substances, manufacturing schedule II narcotics, and maintaining a vehicle for the sale of narcotics and received a $550,000 bond.

Evan Whitby was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a vehicle for the sale of narcotics and received a $5000 bond.

Both Whitby and Reese have a first appearance on February 4, 2020.

District Attorney Scott Thomas announced the guilty plea in superior court for Tracy Shoffner, age 56, who was convicted of hurricane related fraud and sentenced to 20 to 33 months.

The Carteret County Sheriff’s Department announced that Brandon Overton of Eden NC and John Aguon of Beaufort NC were arrested and charged for possession of stolen goods, and in one case, felony larceny.

Specifically, the detectives say that Mr. Overton and Mr. Aguon were in possession of stolen ATVs and flatbed trailers from different locations in Carteret and Craven County.

For their roles in this alleged crime, Brandon Overton was charged with felony larceny and two counts of possession of stolen goods and received a $14,000 bond.

John Aguon was charged with two counts of possession of stolen goods and was given a $7500 bond.

Detectives say there could be other arrests related to this alleged crime.

Law enforcement says that over 106 grams of Methamphetamine, 5 dosage units of Lorazepam, Narcan, and paraphernalia was seized.

Billy Wiggins, who was on parole, was charged with with trafficking methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule II controlled substance, sell a schedule II controlled substance, deliver schedule II controlled substance, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver a schedule IV controlled substance.

Mr. Wiggins is in the Carteret County Detention Center under a 1 million dollar bond.

Pine Knoll Shores Police Department announced the arrest and charges for 58 year old Daryl Bowen who they say was in possession of stolen property obtained from a construction site he was working on.

Specifically, the item stolen is a 14ft Kauffman dump trailer.

Mr. Bowen also has other charges pending in Pine Knoll Shores for failure to work after being paid involving a separate incident.

Jail records show that Mr. Bowen has a $20,000 bond.

Update February 6, 2020 – Patrick Whitley had his first appearance in court today and police have release a statement that he admits to shooting Carl Jones and setting the house on fire to cover-up evidence of the crime.

Emerald Isle Police have announced that Patrick Keith-Reich Whitley of Havelock NC has been arrested in Texas and charged with 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Arson in the fatal shooting death and house fire on January 9, 2020.

Patrick Whitley was taken in to custody by the U.S. Marshal’s Service in Corpus Christi, TX.

He is being held without bond and is awaiting extradition.

Update 2 pm: Police confirm that one person was questioned about the shooting, but there have been no arrest.

Emerald Isle Police in NC released a press release that they are actively investigating a fatal shooting of a 31 year old man from Newport NC. This incident reportedly happened Thursday night on January 9th, 2020.

Police announced that the name of the deceased man is Carl Eugene Jones Jr.

Emerald Isle police and fire department crews responded to the scene of a house fire on Melanie Street and found Mr. Jones fatally shot along with the structure fire.

Fire crews from Pine Knoll Shores, Indian Beach, Western Carteret, and EIFD worked the scene and extinguished the fire.

The N.C. State Bureau of Investigation, along with the Carteret County Sheriffs Department is assisting Emerald Isle police with investigating the shooting.

2020 Crime Report In Carteret County NC

Donald Earl Willis, age 61 of Gloucester NC, is charged with 11 counts of third degree sexual exploitation of a minor involving pre-pubescent children in the images.

Detectives say that allegedly Donald Willis was attending a New Years Eve party and left his phone upon leaving, and when someone discovered the phone and gained access to it, they found images that appeared to be child pornography and reported it to law enforcement in Carteret County NC.

Mr. Willis is currently in the Carteret County Detention center on a $100,000 bond.

Emerald Isle Police Release Press Statement On Firearm Charges. No Active Shooter

Update 5:19 pm: EIPD reports the man arrested for the firearm incident is 49 year old Gilbert Matthew Roberts and that the victim is his wife.

Police also say that the minor injuries to the victim is related to debris hitting her in the face from the bullet going through the door of the home during an altercation where Mr. Roberts was locked out of the home.

Police charged Gilbert Roberts with one count of discharging a weapon in to a occupied dwelling.

This incident happened on Oceanview Drive.

Again, there is no active shooter.

The Emerald Isle Police Department in NC has issued a press release to calm rumors on the Internet about there being an active shooter situation in the town.

Police confirm that a man is in custody after discharging a firearm in to a home during a altercation with another person, and that alleged suspect is now in custody.

However, Emerald Isle Police said that this incident never was an active shooter situation and there is no public safety threats at this time.

This incident happened on December 23, 2019 at 10:45 am.

Mr. Morales was also charged with fleeing the scene of an accident, DWI, and failure to reduce speed, no operators license, and running a red light.

Kody Holland Has First Appearance In The Carteret Courts

Kody Holland had his first appearance in the Carteret Courts in front of Judge Clinton Rowe.

When the Judge asked if he understood he is facing 7 years in prison, Mr. Holland remained silent.

When the Judge asked if he wanted a court appointed lawyer, Mr. Holland remained silent.

Judge Rowe then ordered a mental evaluation and dismissed him.

$45,000 bond still stands.

Research on the defendant shows a 09/10/2019 conviction for felony breaking and entering and unauthorized use of motor conveyance and was on probation at the time of his arrest on December 11, 2019.

Kody Holland, The Driver Of The White Van Who Led Police On A Chase Today, Faces Several Felony Charges.

Kody Holland faces several felony charges after allegedly leading police on chase through much of Carteret County NC today.

Police say that Mr. Holland was spotted driving a stolen white van from Onslow County and they attempted to stop the vehicle.

During the attempted stop, Mr. Holland allegedly sped up and evaded police. This stop was initiated near down east and Merrimon.

Mr. Holland then led police on a chase through Beaufort and in to Morehead City where the chase became a low speed chase due to the tires on the white van coming off.

The suspect was eventually stopped on Arendell St near the old K-Mart and IHOP restaurant.

Kody faces the following charges:

Felony possession of stolen property, felony flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle, Injury to personal property, numerous traffic violations, and a misdemeanor warrant out of Onslow County.

The cause of the flattened tires were due to spike strips deployed by police.

Deputies estimate Mr. Holland reached speeds of 80-100 mph before reaching Morehead City NC.

Bond set at $45,000 secured.

Low Speed Police Chase Reported On Arendell St Westbound In Morehead City NC

Update 8:00 pm: Suspect identified as Kody Holland.

Update 4:56 pm: Video now available by clicking the title.

Update 4:16 pm: Other witnesses are now reporting that this chase was high speed through down east and Beaufort, and turned to low speed through Morehead City when the tires came off the rims.

Update 3:55 pm: Police are now saying that the chase started in areas of down east, through Beaufort, the Gallants Channel Bridge, through Morehead City ending near IHOP.

Update 3:30 pm: Other witnesses are now reporting they saw the police chase coming over the new Gallants Channel Bridge in Beaufort headed to Morehead City.

Several social media channels are reporting that there is a low speed police chase of a van that happened around 2 pm in Morehead City NC.

Witnesses are reporting that they first spotted the van at 11th and Arendell St going the speed limit with 6 Sheriff cars behind with blue lights on. The passenger van was reportedly in the Westbound lane.

Witnesses report that eventually one or two tires went flat during the chase and ended up falling off the rim as the driver did not stop.

Local law enforcement eventually stopped the passenger van and took the driver in to custody near IHOP restaurant.

Reported Newport NC Manhunt After Police Attempt To Serve Arrest Warrant Near Roberts Road. Suspect Evaded Law Enforcement

There are multiple postings on social media tonight about a large police presence near Roberts Road in Newport NC.

People who are reporting this say that three agencies, NC Highway Patrol, Carteret County Sheriffs Department, and Newport NC police attempted to serve an arrest warrant and the suspect was able to jump out a window and evaded law enforcement.

There is no word from either agency on this matter.

Emerald Isle NC police are asking for the public’s help in locating two white males for information on passing of counterfeit money.

The two individuals of interest passed the money at the Coastal Mart in Emerald Isle NC and were seen getting in to a blue Ford Escort station wagon with Minnesota license plate 846ULU. Also, the station wagon has a EI sticker on the back of the vehicle.

Morehead City Police Department has charged 74 year old James Hammontree Jr with sexual battery.

Police say that Hammontree is a teacher at Chosen Generation Christian Academy in Morehead City, but it is not clear if the victim is a student.

Two Felony Charges For Morehead City NC Woman After Vehicle Fire At Crystal Coast Apartments

A joint investigation by the Morehead City Fire Marshal’s Office and local police culminated in two felony charges for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and felony burning of personal property for Victoria Nolan, age 27, of Morehead City NC.

Authorities in Carteret County NC said this incident happened at Crystal Coast Apartments on November 11th, 2019.

Felony Charges For Joel Barkman After Morehead City Police Arrest Near Mansfield Parkway

Morehead Police announced the arrest of Joel Barkman after a felony stop was initiated in the vicinity of Mansfield Parkway and Highway 70.

Police allege that Mr. Barkman was in possession of a stolen vehicle after a car jacking and larceny of a vehicle in Cape Carteret NC.

Felony Charges Include: larceny of a motor vehicle, breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, common law robbery, attempted larceny, and possession of a stolen vehicle. He also faces a reckless driving to endanger charge.

Mr. Barkman is currently in jail on a $100,000 bond.

This incident caused quite a stir on social media as rumors spread that local police had the Camp Lejeune marine deserter who is wanted for murder in Virginia in custody prompting officials to issue a public announcement denying those rumors.

Jeromy Thomas Convicted In The Carteret Superior Courts For Defrauding Hurricane Florence Homeowners

Jeromy Thomas, 41 of Newport NC was convicted for multiple counts of felony obtaining property by false pretense and ordered to serve 33 to 69 months in the N.C. Department of Corrections after the judge handed down his sentence.

Mr. Thomas was convicted after Pine Knoll Shores Police say he defrauded homeowners after Hurricane Florence.

Sheriff’s Office Investigating Double Murder / Suicide In Newport NC On October 30, 2019

The Carteret County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a double murder / suicide at 548 Newport Loop Road since around 9 am.

Early information points to a home where two sisters lived with their husbands. This morning, the two men got in to a physical altercation and one of the men shot the other man and his sister-in-law before shooting himself.

The wife of the man who shot the other three was in the home on Newport Loop Road at the time of the alleged murder, but was not hurt.

No names are being released pending the investigation.

Three Men Convicted After Newport NC Shooting

October 2019

The local superior courts have announced the following convictions after a shooting at the Garner’s Garden Mobile Home Park in Newport NC on September 5, 2019.

Joseph Brandon Giffin, age 23, Dahntrelle Virgane Murrell, age 21, and Montico Darnell Whitfield, age 21.

Montico Whitfield was convicted of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and discharge of a weapon into an occupied building inflicting serious bodily injury. He was sentenced to 72-99 months in prison.

Dahntrelle Murrell was convicted of conspiracy to discharge a weapon into an occupied property and received 19-32 months in prison which was suspended to three years of supervised probation.

Joseph Giffin was convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon, discharge of a weapon into an occupied property, and probation violation and was sentenced to 36-75 months in prison followed by 2 years of probation.

District Attorney Announces Convictions

October 2019

Local DA announces the following crime convictions in the superior courts:

Curtis Whaley, 42, plead guilty to possession of methamphetamine and received a 6-17 month prison sentence.

Robert Bukowski, 42, plead guilty to felony conversion and received a 9-20 month sentence. He also was ordered to pay $3,365 in restitution to the victim.

Johnny Viegandt, 35, plead guilty to obtaining property by false pretenses and received a sentence of 8-19 months.

Georgio Hatchell, 31, plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance in prison and received a sentence of 16-29 months to be added to his 50-72 month conviction for conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Nathan Fulford, 48, plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance in prison and will serve an additional sentence of 15-27 months added to his 58-82 month sentence for habitual felon.

Newport NC Woman Gets 13-17 Years In Prison For Drug Trafficking

District Attorney Scott Thomas has announced that Anique Pittman of Newport NC was convicted in the superior courts of Carteret County NC for drug trafficking and has received a sentence of 13-17 years in prison.

Ms. Pittman was convicted in trafficking greater than 28 grams but less than 200 grams of methamphetamine. At the time of her arrest, officers report finding 68.5 grams of methamphetamine and 32.53 grams of heroin in her car.

Ms. Pittman was also arrested for a failure to appear in court on a unrelated drug charge.

The Carteret County Superior Courts announced the following crime convictions relating to a Newport NC kidnapping and assault case in April.

Cade Russell Jones – First degree kidnapping, possession of a firearm by a felon, habitual misdemeanor assault, possession with intent to manufacturer, sell or deliver methamphetamine, probation violation. Sentenced to 10-13 years.

Thomas Wayne Willis – First degree kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, felony larceny. Sentenced to 7-11 years.

Terence Lee Jones – First degree kidnapping, discharging a weapon into an occupied house. Sentenced to 70 – 96 months.
