Real Estate And Land For Sale
We feel like Red Barn Rd and the surrounding area is poised for rapid and exponential real estate development, new construction, and that land for sale will be highly sought after in this community as growth in the western portion of the county continues to be heavy as Interstate 42 and military upgrades at Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point come online.
Do you agree, or disagree with us on real estate sales and land for sale? Why, or why not?
Growth And Development
Continuing with the conversation above, growth in this area started to rapidly expand in 2018 as more and more businesses discover this area, as Interstate 42 continues, and as Camp Lejeune upgrades it’s mission. All three are already having a hard to imagine impact on this community as evidenced by Western Carteret Fire And Rescue appealing to county commissioners for more resources.
