NC Governor Roy Cooper issued his 3rd executive order on the COVID-19 coronavirus entitled the “Stay-At-Home Order” which provides for misdemeanor criminal charges if residents are found to not be in compliance.
The orders prohibits:
1. Gatherings of 10 people or more.
2. Non-essential travel outside the home. Essential travel is considered visiting a grocery store, pharmacy, a doctor, or travel to work that is an essential business or entity.
