Town Of Atlantic Beach NC Chooses KUTONOTUK For Boardwalk Redevelopment Project At The Circle

The Atlantic Beach NC Town Council announced that KUTONOTUK of Charlottesville, Va. was selected to undertake the new oceanfront boardwalk redevelopment project at the circle.
The new features will incorporate existing structures such as the seawall and concrete foundation, but new features will include a central public park, a grove of live Oak Trees, and a pavilion structure with an upper deck as it’s roof.
On the west end of the boardwalk where physical fitness will be the focal point, a new bathhouse and parking area is proposed, along with a splashpad and dune themed kids playground.
KUTONOTUK representatives will be in Atlantic Beach NC in the Summer of 2022 to take public comments on this redevelopment along the circle. However, public comments are welcomed on this website using the link below.
