Outer Banks, Cape Hatteras, Ocracoke Island, Nags Head, the beaches of Carteret County, Wrightsville Beach, Oak Island, Carolina Beach, Topsail Island, Banner Elk, Brevard, Cherokee and Maggie Valley, Boone, Asheville, and Blowing Rock.
North Carolina is a state people visit for it’s diversity where you can snow ski the resorts of the western part of the state and it’s numerous mountain ranges, and 8 hours later be laying on the beaches in the eastern part of the state. People come to North Carolina specifically to visit the Great Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Mountains ski resorts and in the fall to see the changing of the leaves, and to experience world class fishing and diving near the Outer Banks.
